The community of Lake George

Welcome to northern Michigan and Fairchild & Green Realty, the friendly office in "downtown" Lake George. Our area is home to four seasons of fun and relaxation, the community of Lake George is in the heart of Clare County, just 15 minutes from the junction of US-10 & US-27 freeways. Our map and travel time chart will show how convenient our area is to your home, yet you still get that up-north feeling and hospitality.

You will find at least 19 lakes within 10 miles of our office- all types from water ski/jet ski paradises to quiet fishing lakes with no motors allowed. The Muskegon River, Middle Branch River and Chippewa Rivers are also nearby for canoeing, tubing or fishing.

You will find Hunting - Everything from game to mushrooms, on your own private land or the hundreds of acres of nearby state owned land. Close to golf courses, ski areas, ORV and Snowmobile trails. The Rails to Trails runs right through the middle of Lake, you can't get closer than that.
