“I can't say enough good things about my experience buying property in the UP through Brett Fish.  From the Chicago area, I had been researching property up north for about a year and Brett was one of several agents I'd spoken to.  Brett turned out to be, by far, the most proactive on my behalf.  He was aware of my rather limited price range, was happy to work with that, and most surprisingly, gathered enough about me from our conversations to have a good idea of the type of property that would best suit me, something I didn't know that myself.  Then, several months later when a parcel was coming on the market that fit my criteria, he called me.  I made the trip north to view it and some other properties with other agents while there.  However, on seeing the parcel Brett had called me about, I knew this was it.  In other words, Brett had 'nailed it', it was perfect.
